Artwork at Wild Mountain
We have four artists showing their work at any given time. Because our restaurant is in an old house, the dining areas are separated by our various rooms, thereby allowing us to give each artist their own individual space to show their work.
Getting Started:
If you are interested in having your artwork displayed at Wild Mountain, you can give us a call to make an appointment for a review of your work. Here is some information to get started:
We ask that you prepare a showing of 6 to 9 pieces, minimum 16x20 inches in size, all professionally framed (or, if they are not "framable" per se, that they appear finished and professional). Also, the pieces must have some cohesive "theme". That theme can be in the artwork itself (a series of photographs of trains, or a series of paintings of fish, for example) or in a cohesive presentation (e.g. a series of same-sized, same-framed chalk drawings, wherein the subject matter varies) so that the artwork presents as a grouping. Also, because we are a family restaurant, we do not hang nudes,
nor do we hang artwork which centers around violence or vulgarity.

When you have prepared such a presentation, give us a call to set up an appointment. We will then meet with one another and look at your artwork together. You MUST bring in the original pieces. We do not accept slides or photographs of your work.
