with Tony Beaulaurier

Tony Beaulaurier is a guitarist/bassist and a Seattle resident. He has been an active performer in a variety of jazz, classical and rock ensembles for over 20 years. In addition to performing, Tony has composed and arranged music for jazz big band, symphonic band, chamber ensembles, theatre and guitar. He earned his bachelors and masters degrees in music from Central Washington University, and is in his 18th year as a guitar instructor at A Sharp Music Co. in Renton, WA.

Tony is involved in three performing ensembles:

-JT Jazz Duo with Jim Graham on bass plays jazz standards along with some more contemporary tunes.

-Sidecar Jazz Trio with Matt Johnson on bass and Mark Locke on drums. This band plays original music by Tony and Matt and covers a wide spectrum of styles.

-The Burn Band features Helen Burn on keys and vocals, Pavel Shepp on drums and Tony on bass.
